At the end of June — beginning of July in the children’s pearl of Crimea Evpatoria will be held vocal-dance marathon «RUNNING ON WAVES». Running on Waves — this is the most «adult» event All-Ukrainian public organizations «Association of Contemporary and Pop Dance of Ukraine», «Union of Vocalists of Ukraine» and LLC «ArtUkraine». The history of the event began in 1966. It was in this year in Evpatoria at the invitation of the city government came Honored cultural workers of Ukraine Sergey and Nadezhda Gladysh. Having founded a dance club, they began to organize a ballroom dance festival «Running on Waves».
Having started with one form — a ballroom dance festival, and having existed for more than 40 years, «Running» today is an International vocal and dance marathon, which was attended by dancers and vocalists, coaches and teachers, judges and jury members from Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Latvia, Estonia, Morocco, Belgium, Holland, USA, France, Italy, Hungary, Vietnam, Poland, Congo, England, Brazil, Slovenia, Sweden. «Running on Waves» is a whole series of festivals, Championships, master classes, conferences, congresses. The age of marathon participants is from 3 to 75 years old!
The festival jury always includes professionals from different countries.
Every year at the event the best vocalists are selected to participate in International festivals, the trip to which is organized by «ArtUkraine» Ltd. And this year will not be an exception: all laureates will get a 30% discount, diploma holders will get a 20% discount, and the best participant according to the opinion of the organizers and the jury will get the right to a free trip.
«Running on Waves» is a collective event: throughout the year in Ukraine is a selection, the winners of the qualifying festivals receive a 30% discount on the organizational fee, diploma holders 20% discount on the organizational fee.
