«Earth. Theater. Children» — a theater festival without borders. During a week of stay on the territory of the unique children’s center «Golden Key» — the main organizer of the forum, we will not only see the best performances performed by children’s, student and youth theaters, but also will be able to learn from each other during master classes, creative meetings and round tables. «Earth. Theater. Children» does not have a competitive basis, but since last year we have returned the concept of evaluation of the first festivals and therefore our forum has its own children’s jury, consisting of representatives of all groups and adult expert council, which will include theater figures and honorary guests of the festival.
The festival is divided into three programs: «children’s», «adult» and «additional», which, according to the applications submitted, will be analyzed and evaluated in the director’s laboratory by representatives of one or another judging panel. The «additional program» implies participation of all accredited theatergoers in master classes, a kapustnik, an evening of acquaintances and other festival celebrations and events.
What’s new:
— The program of master classes will significantly expand, and some will be held in two series at all!
— All the favorite heroes of the festival «Talents» will be younger this year and each of them will be responsible for one or another day of the festival!
— A production team will be formed especially for this festival, which will work on the creation of video-diaries of the festival, as well as on the traditional special issue of the newspaper «Antract».
— Opening and Closing ceremonies of the festival will be held on the small festival square in front of the theater
— On the closing day of the festival we will hold a special project of the gallery of actual art «theHARASHO».
— FESTIVAL PHOTOSUCHKA» where festival participants will be able to present their festival photos and exchange them for any favorite!
— Throughout the forum there will be an Instagram report and your relatives and friends who didn’t come to Evpatoria this year will be able to follow how cool your time is!
Traditions of the festival:
For 19 years of existence of the festival, it certainly has a lot of its own traditions, which we preserve and modify from year to year to «Earth. Theater. Children», first of all, remains a big theater festival without winners and losers.
This year:
— each performance will be announced by the children;
— there will be a daily «director’s room» where not only the expert council will meet, but also where, between performances, any director will be able to have a cup of coffee, tea or cold lemonade;
— every evening on the big screen in front of the theater will be shown festival video-diaries;
— On the closing day of the festival, the Oleg Permyakov Prize in the field of theatrical art of I and II degree will be awarded;
— Each group will have its own guide, who will be with you throughout the festival;
— A badge with the participant’s photo will still be a pass to all festival events;
— The festival press center will traditionally be open to all participants who wish to be a part of the festival;
— Your guides will lead you along the unique tourist route «Little Jerusalem» and tell you about the history of our city;
— Hiking on the beach, taking pictures and singing to the guitar in the evening;
— Each collective participating in the forum will receive a diploma of laureate and will leave the festival a winner;
— On the closing day diplomas will also be awarded in the categories: «Best Male Role», «Best Female Role», «Festival Event» and «Festival Opening».
