International festival-competition of arts «On the Waves of Evpatoria» will be held in Crimea at the end of June in the city — resort, which is located on the coast of the Crimean coast — Evpatoria.
The city stretched 14-kilometer strip along the shallow Kalamitsky Bay. Golden sand, clean and soft, clear water of the sea, gentle bottom of the bay created a good fame Evpatoria beaches far beyond the Crimea.
Festival events are held on the basis of the sanatorium «Victory» which is located in the center of Yevpatoria resort, located in the central recreation park named after Frunze.
The goals and main objectives of the festival:
— Revival, preservation and development of national cultures;
— Acquaintance with the best soloists and ensembles, establishment of creative contacts between participants, exchange of experience;
— Creation of conditions for support and development of children’s and youth creativity.

Jury of the competition:
— The competitive program is estimated by the international jury (national and honored artists, workers of culture and arts, representatives of show business) on 10-ball system, on results of voting of jury the rating is formed and places are distributed. As a rule 1-first, 2-second, 3-third — in each nomination, genre and age group;
— The composition of the jury is approved by the organizing committee 10 days before the beginning of the festival-competition;
— The jury reserves the right to adjust the program and performances of the contestants;
— The decision of the jury is formalized in the form of a protocol, is final and not subject to appeal;
— Contestants by decision of the jury and the organizing committee take part in the gala concert. All other participants are invited as spectators to watch the gala concert and receive awards.
