The purpose of the International Festival «Azov Pearl» is to identify and support the creative potential of gifted children and talented youth. The task of the festival is to promote and popularize creativity, beauty and healthy lifestyle of the younger generation and modern youth.
The festival is held with the support of the Department of Education and the Department of Family and Youth Affairs of Mariupol City Council. For the organization and holding of the festival the Organizing Committee is established, which ensures the holding of the festival according to the present Regulations. Various organizations and individuals may be invited to prepare the festival on contractual terms.
The awarding ceremony is held on the day of the competition at the end of all performances and after the jury discussion.
Residents of Azov region, Donbass, Ukraine and other countries are allowed to participate in the festival without restrictions:
— children aged from 5 years (bring a copy of birth certificate)
— young performers aged 16 years and older (bring a copy of passport)
— representatives of the special category «Master Class» (professionals) without age limitation.

The winners of the festival are awarded with the symbol of the festival — crystal shell, memorable cups, ribbons, crowns, diplomas and prizes from the founders, organizers and sponsors. Unofficial nominations are also established.
