In the village of Izki, on both banks of the Repinka River, there is Izki ski center. Its gentle and flat slopes are ideal for quiet descents and learning to ski. Thanks to this, you can come on vacation with children. They will also be fun to ride here. Professional instructors working here help and teach to conquer the slopes of the resort. For lovers of more extreme skiing, there is a track for freeride. There is a chairlift on the right bank of the river and a rope tow elevator on the left. All information about the slopes can be found on information posters, which are located at the foot of each slope. They provide information about the length, relief and complexity of the slopes. In the season there is always the right amount of snow on the slopes and if the weather fails, snow cannons installed on the slopes replenish the missing amount of snow for comfortable skiing.
In «Izki», besides skis and snowboards, you can also go sledding or snowmobiling. There is also a skating rink, where you can skate to your heart’s content. All necessary equipment can be rented or bought in a sporting goods store. Anyone can visit the SPA-salon, which offers various spa procedures, including massage and sauna.
«Izki» offer vacationers to try the dishes of traditional Transcarpathian cuisine. Their local restaurant is called «Kolyba». But if you don’t want or don’t like the local food, there is a restaurant with European cuisine for such cases.
For accommodation «Izki» offer new cottages or hotel rooms. By the way, not far from the hotel there is a spring with healing water. If this option does not suit you, the locals are always happy to offer you to rent accommodation from them.
