
Ivano-Frankivsk region is rich in ski resorts. «Yaremche» is one of such resorts. It is located on the banks of the Prut River, in the area of the ridges Chernogora and Gorgan. Those who want more variety, just 28 kilometers from Yaremche there is the so-called Yablunetsky pass, where 5 rope tows with the length from 600 to 1100 meters work. You can rent skis or snowboards at the rental shop, prices start from 35 UAH. An individual lesson with an instructor will cost from 50 UAH. For accommodation there are mini-hotels and hotels, for a day be ready to pay from 100 UAH. For emergencies there is a medical center, and if you want to refresh yourself, the cafe is always at your service. There is also something to entertain yourself in «Yaremche». For example, you can go on excursions, ride quad bikes and snowmobiles, swim in the pool, steam in the bath or sauna, play billiards, or dance at the disco.
