Water slides are the epicenter of entertainment of any Water Park. It is said that no two slides are alike. They may be similar in appearance, but it is worth changing the height of the slide by 1 meter and the whole journey on the tube will be completely different. Speedy, curvy, with sharp drops and rises, drains and turns.
In the Water Park «Odessa» the highest, extreme and unique slides of the south of Ukraine. Many slides are assembled from several separate slides connected one after another. Each of them includes two or three water slides of the world.
The highest water slides of Water Park «Odessa» rocket, blue rocket and kamikaze start at a height of 18.5 meters. This is about the height of a 7-story house. The longest is the Barrel, which is almost 200 meters long. Many of the slides lead to a half-kilometer-long slow river with a current speed of about 5 km/h.
Each slide has restrictions on weight, height and method of descent. Only 3 water rides out of 27 can be used without additional equipment (mats, inflatable circles and «teddies»).
And observance of safety equipment is a mandatory condition of riding on all water attractions.
Aquapark «Odessa» has 3 pools and a half-kilometer river. In the aggregate — a great place for «family vacation».
The main pool — Wave with a sandy beach is the only one in the South, and is the highlight of Aquapark Odessa. The scale is amazing, the sensations of the waves are delightful.
The wave pool is a place for fun. You can have a great time with your friends, having fun in the waves created by clever mechanisms. The pool is located in the far part of the Water Park, near the sandy beach. A cool place for an active vacation.
The whirlpool is a large Jacuzzi. It is located on the left side of the central entrance. There is a large sunbathing area around it where you can take your time basking in the sun. Be sure to try a dip in the warm bubbling water. The large pool, built in 2014, is the analog of a regular pool, without frills, but with a waterfall.
The depth is about 140 cm. The water is warm, always +22. Great place for a quiet relaxing vacation.
The pool for active rest with a waterfall has a depth of 140cm. It is very fond of adults and children. A massage under the waterfall will give fabulous emotions and real pleasure from the soft jets descending on your body.
The lazy river stretches from the slides, around the sandy beach, under the bridge and along the wave pool. The current in the river is strong enough to take a couple minutes to reach the exit to the slides. The current speed is about 5 km/h. Personally, we like to race against the current, although most people prefer to lazily float downstream 🙂
There is a restaurant, a pizzeria and a «round bar» on the territory of the water park.
