International contest-festival "Pearl of Crimea"

The International Competition-Festival «Pearl of Crimea» will be held on the Black Sea coast in Alushta, in the sanatorium «Alushtinsky» from the end of June to the beginning of July.

The contest-festival is organized by:

— Choreographic Center of Competition and Festival Programs
— Russian Cultural Center
— Russian community
— Alushta City Executive Committee.

Purpose of the festival:

— Exchange of creative ideas
— Popularization of creative work of young talents, development of creative personality of performers
— Strengthening of international relations through children’s and youth creativity, propaganda of unity of different national cultures, expansion of cultural borders, preservation and development of national cultures of different peoples of the world.
— Establishment of creative contacts between groups and their leaders
— Recuperation of creative teams

The competition is held in the nominations:

— Vocal (pop, folk, academic), soloists, ensembles, choirs.
— Choreography: classical, folk, pop, ballroom (ensemble), folk stylized dance (full compositions, small forms, mixed compositions).
— Original genre (circus art — except aerial gymnasts).
— Instrumental genre: ensembles of folk and other musical instruments: bayan, accordion, domra, balalaika, violin, saxophone, flute … soloists, small forms.
— Fashion Theaters (free theme).
— Young artist (one piece of artwork is brought by the participant, the other is performed on site).

Age groups: up to 10, up to 13, up to 16, up to 20 and older (up to 70 years.)

Evaluation algorithm:

The jury evaluates the competition performance on a 10-point scale, the results are summarized by simply adding up the points received. Summarizing the results of the evaluation by the jury members takes place at the end of the competition. The contender for the «Grand Prix» of the competition is the soloist or ensemble that has scored the highest sum of points at the end of the competition. The final results are announced at the gala concert.

Each group (soloist, duet) presents two numbers in its nomination, in its age group. The duration of the competition number is up to 3 minutes.

Laureates and diploma holders will be awarded diplomas, winners — prizes. GRAN — PRI — cash prize.

Delivery of participants by trolleybus: Simferopol — Alushta — Simferopol.

Confirmation of participation in the competition-festival should be reported before 15.05.2014.

Cost of participation:

The cost of participation in the festival, including accommodation (rooms with amenities for 2 — 3 people), meals (three meals a day, buffet), transfer (meeting at the railway station in Simferopol and delivery by trolleybus to the sanatorium «Alushta» ( 50 km.), as well as disco for the participants of the festival is 505 $ per person for all days of stay. Accompanying persons pay extra 25 $. Participants arriving at Simferopol airport, get on their own by shuttle bus to the railway station or to the bus station of Alushta. Back participants leave on their own at a time convenient for them. The cost of participation in the competition for each participant in the team is 15 $, soloists — 25 $, duets — 40 $.

Participation only in the contest and festival program is $65. It is possible to participate in several nominations, but each nomination is paid separately. For groups of more than 25 people — accommodation and meals are free of charge. Payment only in cash upon arrival at the sanatorium «Alushta».

-application for participation in the competition,
— program (indicate the number of participants in the room),
— date of arrival, date of departure.
— have a certificate of epidokruzhenie.
