This cave is called the most beautiful cave of the Crimea by many who have visited it. Emine-Bair-Khosar — one of the magical in its beauty caves of the mountain massif Chatyr-Dag, located on the northern side of the lower plateau of the massif.
The name of the cave in translation means «well on the slope near the oak tree». For millions of years the only entrance to this underground kingdom was a 16-meter well of natural origin. For ancient animals this well became a place of death, as evidenced by the remains of woolly rhinoceros, bison, saiga antelope, reindeer and red deer, bull-turkey, 
cave bear and lion and even a mammoth found in the cave. Animals who did not notice this natural trap in time, found their death in it. Now the found bones of ancient animals are the fund of the paleontological museum opened in the cave in 2002.
The Emine-Bair-Khosar Cave has been known to man for more than four centuries, but it was only in 1927 that people descended into it for the first time. The beauty they discovered was the reason for further exploration of this underground gallery of the most skillful creator — nature.
Emine-Bair-Khosar — one of the largest caves Chatyr-Dag, its length is about two kilometers, and the depth is about 180 meters, and the age of the cave — it is about 10 million years old. The cave consists of five levels, the halls of the upper level are at a depth of about 30 meters, and the lower — 180 meters from the surface of the ground.
The length of the equipped excursion route is 700 meters. The most amazing wonders of the underground world appear before the admiring eyes of visitors. Millions of years of efforts of underground rivers, winds, precipitation and even two seas in the cave created real works of natural art. 
There are dozens of long galleries, large and small halls in Emin-Bair-Khosar, in each of which nature has created unique creations.
The first hall that welcomes visitors entering the cave from the artificially created entrance is the Main Hall, an incredibly large cave that amazes with its splendid fleece decoration and its size, from which you can see the rays of daylight through the very sinkhole. Next opens its beauty «Lake Hall» with a picturesque underground lake about 6 meters deep, then before the visitors appear the inhabitants of the «Hall of Idols», passing into a 60-meter valley. 
Among the fairy tale creatures — good and evil gnomes, beautiful maidens, dragons and strange birds there are real giants — 10-meter stalagmites-giants. The walls of the valley are covered with amazingly beautiful caralites resembling flower buds. But the wonders are just beginning — the next hall is called «The Treasury» for a reason. Under the very vault in the niche of a small cave you can see heliktites — thin threads and spirals diverging in different directions, reminiscent of a grapevine. These treasures are guarded by the local inhabitants — bats.
But this is not the end of the fantastic underground world, next the halls «Kecskemet», «Hall of V.N. Dublyansky», «Pink Grotto» and «Hall of the Mistress» open their luxurious secrets.
