Sinevir Ski Resort is located around the lake of the same name, which is rightfully considered the pearl of the Carpathians. This complex attracts people who appreciate the purest mountain air, virgin forest, closeness to nature and its wild inhabitants.
For skiing Sinevir can offer two well-prepared slopes. They are located at an altitude of 0.8 kilometers above sea level and have a length of 550 and 1000 meters. Fans of extreme sports and difficult slopes will be bored here, so its flat and gentle slopes are more suitable for beginners. There are good instructors and ski outfitters for them at Synevyr. There are also two rope tow elevators named «Arniki» and «Terebli».
In addition to skis and snowboards, you can also go sledding on the slopes of Synevyr. The resort also offers walks through snowy forests on special wooden skis, otherwise known as «hunting skis» or snowshoes. There are also several excursion programs, in which you will be offered to go on a trip to an unusual museum of forests and rafting. You will also visit several unique old wooden buildings, which have been preserved in Transcarpathia quite a lot. In order not to travel far, you can also go on excursions to local natural attractions, which are abundant in the Sinevir area.
With housing here as well as in the main in Transcarpathia. That is, there are a sufficient number of hotels, recreation centers and many offers from local residents, from whom you can rent a room, house or apartment.
