Have you ever noticed that most festivals and competitions are «settled» by their organizers in places by the sea, with a comfortable climate, in extreme case — in some famous city with a solid history. For example, the prestigious Cannes Festival is located on the French Riviera, in Cannes, in the palace on the Croisette. The Venice Carnival and Film Festival are held in the most romantic city in Italy, which is about to go to the bottom of the Adriatic Sea. Everyone knows the KVN festival in Sochi and the song contest hosted by Jurmala.
In order not to stand out from the crowd of organizers, the production center «Glory Stars» chose Zatoka, a small but very romantic ( Dnestrovsky Liman, Budakskaya kosa, razvodnoj bridge and the shore of the Black Sea) settlement in the Odessa region. The event «scored» for itself the best dates of the summer — July 1-4, and its guests and participants are remembered by the fact that all program performances are held on the stage located by the Black Sea, on a wide sandy beach.
Festival-Competition «Rhythms of Summer» is international, with unlimited age for its participants. It is designed for four days. In the first one there is a meeting, registration of participants. Guests are given time to acclimatize and rehearse. Festival-competition in Zatoka is in «demand» among vocal, choreographic, instrumental and circus groups in Europe. Although, soloists and masters of the spoken genre also respect this competition, held on the seashore itself. A special feature of the festival is the constant presence in the competition program of domestic Fashion Theaters, which always delight the guests of Zatoka with their defiles.
On the second day there is a grand opening of the festival, as well as competitive performances of all the guests. On the third day the founders-organizers honor the winners. In the evening there is a grand Gala Concert and the official closing of the festival. The fourth day is the official departure, but many artists stay in Zatoka to enjoy the local cocktail of sea and sun.
The goal set by the organizers of «Rhythms of Summer» is to find creatively gifted young people, as well as the popularization of folklore and pop art. In the distant future, it is meant to raise the level of aesthetic culture of the national youth.
Naturally, not all participants of the contest-festival receive prizes and Grand Prix from «Rhythms of Summer». But this vacation in Zatoka, illuminated by multicolor impressions and bright acquaintances, is remembered by them for life. If you have the opportunity to visit the Black Sea coast, then time your trip to the beginning of July. At this time in Zatoka there are more stars and entertainment than in Odessa itself.
