June 21, 2014 in the village of Genicheska Gorka was opened dolphinarium «Oscar», the appearance of which was eagerly awaited by the residents of Genicheskiy district. They hoped that the dolphinarium would attract the attention of tourists and vacationers to the resort and recreational area.
Recall that it is the second in the network of the largest dolphinariums in Ukraine «Oscar». The program, which involves sea lions and 4 dolphins, aroused great interest among the residents of Genicheskiy district and holidaymakers.

After the Great Patriotic War, Viktor Kalganov became the founder of the first dolphinarium. He was a specialist in the field of service use of marine animals in the Navy. His son Andrey followed in his footsteps, and later his grandchildren — Victor and Ekaterina. They became trainers of Navy SEALs and dolphins. Today Andrey Kalganov is a co-founder of the dolphinarium network «Oscar». He notes that the dolphinarium, located in the village of Genicheskaya Gorka, has created comfortable conditions for marine mammals.
There is a large swimming pool with excellent water. Good trainers work and an interesting program is prepared. The program will be changed during the whole recovery season to make the audience want to visit the dolphinarium more often.
