The area is 468.7 hectares. It includes a part of the Krivaya Spit and the adjoining estuary of the same name.
Krivaya Spit is located in the northeastern part of the Azov Sea, which is considered to be the most calm and inert part of this water body.
The Stone Graves Reserve is one of the oldest cultural monuments in the history of mankind - it is more than 12 million years old.
The park attracts tourists and researchers with interesting findings of archeologists, picturesque views and rich peculiar steppe vegetation.
