Nature reserves - Chernivtsi region

National Natural Park "Cheremoshsky" was established by the Decree of the President of Ukraine on December 11, 2009 on the territory of Putilshchyna in order to preserve the purity and diversity of local nature, as well as to protect its inhabitants, among which there are many red-listed species.

In addition to natural beauties, on the territory of the park you can also see man-made sights of the Carpathians: St. Michael's, St. Nicholas, St. Dmitriev, St. George's, St. Ivanov churches and many other cultural and historical monuments.
