Yuriy Fedkovych is an extraordinary person even for Bukovina, a multinational and colorful region, like the ribbons that sheepherders weave into the manes of their horses. Before the famous Kamenyar - Ivan Frank, Fedkovych was considered the coolest writer of Western Ukraine.

The museum is located on the outskirts of Vizhnica, in the village of Rovnia, which is now part of the city limits. This is the parental hut of the Yaremchuk family, where Nazariy lived until he was 12 years old.
