The park of garden and park art of the medical and health complex «Aivazovskoye» is located in Partenit on the South Coast. It is located on the steep slopes of the amphitheater Kuchuk-Lambatskaya Bay, between Cape Plaka and Tepeler and occupies an area of 25 hectares. The style of the park can be attributed to the romantic one. More than 500 species of trees and shrubs form unique compositions. Myths, legends and historical facts related to this corner of the South Coast are taken as the basis of the park’s imagery. Cozy Partenitskaya valley, as shown by archaeological excavations, since time immemorial has been inhabited by man. Ethnoses and cultures, changing each other, left behind both material monuments and myths, tales, legends, which give this place of South Coastal region mystery and uniqueness. Along with the expositions reflecting the history of the region, the compositions characteristic of modern landscape architecture play an important role in forming the image of the park. This is an illustration of trends and styles of landscape garden art — English landscape garden, Italian garden, Japanese garden, terraced garden, antique garden, etc.
One of the park’s concepts is conservation. Natural tracts dominated by blunt-leaf pistachio and ash trees are preserved on the north and west slopes of the park. Planted for conservation purposes endemic Crimean species: hawthorn Poyarkovoy, peony thin-leaved, snowdrop folded, created landscape compositions, playing native to the Crimea vegetation, In recent years, the park is filled with plants that have subtropical color and even some tropical plants. It is planned to create a Mexican garden, where will be planted not only wintering in our yuccas, opuntia and cordelines, but also heat-loving species of cacti, milkweed from the greenhouse. The composition will be complemented by an arbor and stone Mexican «idols». It will be a small illustration of pre-Columbian America. As a prototype of a Mexican garden, an Arizona cactus hill has already been created, where various plant species from the arid regions of America have been planted. Exotic species of vegetation brought here from different parts of the world are the value and decoration of the park. 
The composition of them is selected in such a way that visitors can admire flowering plants all year round. For this purpose a garden of continuous flowering, a garden of rhododendrons, a garden of hydrangeas are planted. In summer, 1300 rose bushes of 70 varieties start their blooming ball, which lasts until the middle of winter, and flower beds of more than 100 thousand annuals, biennials and perennials create a sense of festivity all year round. The main attraction of the park is the grove of European olive, known since the middle of the XVII century. The rotunda brought from Italy, which has become a trademark of the park, is installed here. The peculiarities of its dome structure create an acoustic effect inside, which makes it possible to hold classical music concerts. Here sang Jose Carreras and Sara For bonsai lovers since 2010 opened a personal exhibition of the chief architect of the park — Annenkov Anatoly Anatolievich, which presents unique plants of local flora, as well as exotics in miniature landscapes. In terms of diversity and artistic value of specimens it is the best collection in Ukraine, two exhibits of which are included in the book «Golden Collection of Bonsai of the World», published in 2008 in China.
In May 2014, the design of a traditional Japanese garden of 1500 square meters was completed, as a kind of tribute to modern society’s fascination with oriental art, philosophy, customs, etc. The composition includes art and architecture typical for a Japanese garden (a tea house with a balcony for contemplating the moon, a gazebo, bridges, lanterns, etc.). In the garden is organized a cascade of water bodies and streams, which are inscribed islands with plants. The decoration of the Japanese garden are waterfalls — Nuno-ochi (waterfall in the form of a cloth), Ito-ochi (waterfall in the form of a thread), Dan-ochi (waterfall in the form of cascades), Ami-cake (waterfall in the form of a net). Unique plants brought from Japan and stone blocks in the form of frozen lava convey the unique flavor of oriental gardening culture. The project was developed by specialists from Nakane Garden Research and Landscape Concultant Corporation (Japan).
The park has already won several landscape exhibitions. It owns a gold medal for winning the competition «Gardens of Nations» at the Seventh International Specialized Exhibition «Landscape Architecture and Design of Closed Spaces». The author’s group of landscape architects of the park received the title of Laureates of the National Award «Ukraina Kvitucha» (2008). In 2010 he was nominated for the State Prize. Has diplomas of the Association of resorts of Crimea in the nomination «The best park of landscape design» for 2010, 2011, 2012. Winner of the Republican contest «Kaleidoscope of Wonders of Crimea» of the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea in the nomination «7 natural wonders of Crimea» in 2014. Every year the park LOC «Aivazovskoye» is visited by more and more tourists: from 60 thousand people in 2008 to 160 thousand in 2013. One of the best in Ukraine and the only one in South Coastal Crimea, the park is one of the most attractive excursion objects.
