In October this year, from 15th to 19th of this year, the final stage of exhibitions of tourist topics WORKSHOP «Ukraine and Tourism 2013 Fall» took place in the cities of Ukraine. This exhibition is aimed at strengthening and developing the ties of Ukraine, in domestic and foreign tourism.
The following travel agencies became participants of the exhibition:
Representatives of Ukraine — «UTA», «YUBK», «ARKTUR», «Lazurit»;
Participants from Russia — «Karelia-tour», «Nevskie Seasons»;
Foreign companies — from Sri Lanka «NKAR TRAVELS & TOURS», from Portugal «Vanguartour Lda».
From the hotel business side:
From Yalta — hotel «Avangard», from St. Petersburg — «LDM-hotel», from Odessa — «Green hotel-club», having presented all their opportunities for realization of corporate meetings, and also rest both children’s and adult groups of tourists.
The exhibition was not bypassed by representatives of the media, namely:
Portal «Travel Business News», as well as magazines «TourNUANCE», «ALL INCLUDED», «Let’s go on vacation».
Among the visitors of the exhibition were tour operators, tour agencies, representatives of hotel and hotel business, recreation centers, sanatoriums, representatives of trade unions from Donetsk, Zaporozhye, Kharkov, Dnipropetrovsk and Lugansk. Between visitors was held a drawing of vouchers to Karelia and St. Petersburg, as well as certificates for excursions. More than twenty participants became the winners of the drawing.
Gradually WORKSHOP «Ukraine and Tourism», has become a cult event in Ukraine, which is held every year in the fall and spring. The exhibition opens its doors at 9.30 with a presentation show of the participants. Exactly at 12.00 start the joint working meetings of visitors and participants of the event. All those present at the event, received detailed information regarding profitable cooperation with foreign and Ukrainian travel companies for 2013-2014.
