This year Yalta will host more than 60 large-scale festivals and other creative events of various levels, including international ones. At the end of this marathon summer capital of Ukraine can safely claim the title of the city of festivals. In addition, Yalta takes one of the leading places among other cities of the Crimean peninsula in the number of creative events with the participation of children’s groups.
The city administration, represented by the city head Sergey Ilash, is ready to direct all efforts and means to achieve this status, which will allow the summer capital to become a center for the development of creativity among children’s and teenage groups.
Within the framework of the project, this year in Yalta the tradition of holding the famous in the past vocal contest «Crimean Zori», which promises the status of a creative event of international importance, will be revived.
Young residents of Crimea until September 5 will be able to submit applications for participation in this festival to the departments and departments of culture of executive committees at their place of residence. The program of the event is divided into three stages, which will be held in the format of concert programs.
Guys need to conquer the strict jury with their vocal data in the qualifying round on September 10-11 at all concert venues of the Crimean peninsula. The winners and runners-up will take part in regional competitions, which will be held in Evpatoria, Dzhankoy, Krasnoperekopsk, Simferopol and Sudak from September 16 to 20. And the final part of the contest «Crimean Zori» will be held on October 1 on the stage of the Chekhov Theater in Yalta, and the audience of the concert venue «Jubilee» will see a gala concert with the participation of finalists and the awards ceremony.
The creative potential of Yalta, according to the city head, is very high, as more than 3 thousand children, engaged in choreographic and vocal groups of Big Yalta, have already become participants of 44 International festivals, among them there are many winners and grand prix winners.
