Its uniqueness lies in the fact that it was opened during the lifetime of the folk master. Mikhail Bilas still lives and works in the town, and the exhibits of the museum come here not from the storage, but from the artist's studio.
Museum "History of Truskavets" has 10 exposition halls, 7 of which are dedicated to the description of life in Truskavets in different historical periods.
Here everyone has the opportunity not only to learn about the history of the Samborsko-Drohobych diocese, the life and work of prominent thinkers of our Church, such as Archbishop Josaphat Kuntsevich, Metropolitan Andriy Sheptytsky, Patriarch Joseph the Blind, or to see one of the exhibitions of sacred art, but also to pray.
