Medieval mysterious architecture

Khotyn fortress is one of the brightest medieval architecture, which has survived until now. It is considered one of the 7 wonders of Ukraine. It is located in one of the ancient towns of Khotyn, Chernivtsi region of Ukraine. The following movies were filmed here:

Also in many other movies, this structure has become the main place where events unfold. Every year the territory hosts a festival called «Medieval Khotin».

Kamenets-Podolsky fortress and castle are the oldest. Were built back in the days of Kievan Rus, was not destroyed and almost in its original form, now we can see it. Only in the XVI century was replaced by a wooden structure on stone. Various performances are often held here.
